For best results: 
Dampen the coat first, then apply a small amount of Quarter Marking Gel to your hands, rub together, and work it smoothly into the coat. Create your quarter marks using the All In One Quarter Marking Comband Quarter Marking Brush, then finish with a spritz of Quarter Marking Spray for added hold.
